ポスターは必ず英語で作成してください。
ファイル名は「苗字_登録番号.pdf」としていただくようお願いいたします。

All posters must be prepared in English.

Notes:
1. Due to the large number of poster presentations at this meeting, the Organizing Committee will conduct a preliminary screening based on the submitted poster PDFs.
2. The submitted poster PDFs will not be made publicly available and will be used solely for evaluation purposes.
3. We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding the evaluation process or results.
4. The Poster Awards will be presented on the afternoon of September 30.
